Customer Service

Support Technician

 Responsibilities

Provide computer software support to our national and international customer base for our Computer Aided Dispatch software or Accounting So packages. Advancement available as Instructor, Quality Control Assurance or Research and Development programming.

 Qualifications

Minimum of 1 yr tutoring or support experience, or ASCAR software knowledge. Must have excellent english communication and good written skills. General knowledge of computer hardware, Windows 95/98/NT.  Unix knowledge helpful but not required.

 Compensation

$9-$14/hr (commensurate on your abilities) plus medical/dental benefits
