This low cost service provides all the telephone support you’ll need during ASCAR’s standard business hours.  You may call or send your support request via fax or email. Response time is normally less than 2 hours.

Extended Software Support  - (818) 243-0702  -  support@ascar.org

This service provides unlimited telephone support, and free software upgrades, during ASCAR’s standard business hours. You may call or send your support request via fax or email. Response time is normally less than 2 hours.

After Hours Support  -  (818) 254-6944

This service is available 7 days a week from 9am until 9pm PST.  No service agreement is is required, and technical support is available 365 days a year, 12 hours a day.  Simply call our After Hours Hotline at (818) 254-6944. The support call $250.00, plus $200 an hour after the first hour. Payment must be made using your VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit card.  Response time is normally immediate.

5 Support Events Package for Win 98/2000     (818) 243-0702

This support package includes 5 support Calls for our smaller Windows 98/2000 customers, at a charge of $500.00. Payment must be made using your VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit card. Response time is within 4 business hours.
