Our Support strategy is focused on providing immediate support at the lowest possible cost.
With the new features and reliability of AdvantagePlus 1.4, we are able to actually lower the cost of support while providing quicker service.
We have improved our Support Packages to better service our customers, and we have added a new “After Hours” service. “After Hours” is available on an “as needed” basis, and does not require a service agreement.
We are seriously committed to educating our clients on the use of their ASCAR system. We have scheduled monthly
classes and workshops that are very informative. We also offer optional testing and certification to ensure quality ASCAR operators.
