Order Entry (on-line and web)
Express-Pak© improves your operator's efficiency and customer knowledge with the Order Entry module. With the use of pop-up notes, function keys, detailed street database and automatic pricing, the operator will be able to send a complete quality controlled service order in just a few seconds direct to the dispatcher. Another option is to offer your customers the ability to enter their orders using the internet.
 

Automatic Pricing
Express-Pak© offers a wide variety of ways to rate and price the orders. Using service types, pricing zones, mileages, grids, and an optional street database, along with unlimited accessorial charges (such as extra weight, waiting time, filing fees, COD charges, etc.), your orders will be automatically rated with consistency. Create standard price sheets, or customize the price for any customer.
 

Color Dispatching
The order is instantly sent to the appropriate Dispatcher's Terminal, ( the system can be set for multiple dispatchers) and an optional color dispatch ticket can be printed. The orders are displayed in summary, as well as full detail, providing the dispatcher with color alerts for time-sensitivities, distances, job priorities, and much more.
 

Mapping for Dispatch and Routing
With our MapTrak interface and Microsoft’s MapPoint software, you can display your fleet and the map on your PC. This helps you track the driver, along with GPS. This is also a very useful tool for creating and optimizing your Routes.
 

Driver Communication
Express-Pak©improves communication with the driver through several options, including simple one-way Paging and the more sophisticated two-way paging using Email, NexTel, AT&T, Cingular, Motient and more.
 

Settlements
Express-Pak© automatically calculates commissions and prints Settlement Reports for subcontactors, drivers, as well as Sales Reps. Each one has an individual record, containing pertinent data, as well as commission calculation method and special deductions such as charges for radio, pager, fuel, etc..
 

Receivables and Billing
Express-Pak© can bill your clients in multiple ways, based on individual customer billing personalities. Each customer can be setup with a different billing frequency, such as daily, specific dates, weekly, etc., as well as different billing styles (invoicing by date, by reference number, or individual job billing) depending on the customer. The Receivables module keeps track of aging, payments, credits, and customer history. A special collection feature prepares the collection list, and stores collection notations. As you call each customer, a window pops up with the notes of the last 66 calls.
 

Report Writer
Express-Pak© generates hundreds of reports with our flexible, user-defined report writer. Use any criteria to sort, sub-total, and qualify data to create reports. You can export the data to an ASCII file for downloading to another computer.
 

Integrated Accounting
Express-Pak© is integrated to the optional ® accounting module, Level 2 , which has the same look and feel as the rest of our products. Included are General Ledger, Human Resources, Accounts Payable, email features and more.
 

Routes
For the Route Courier, Express-Pak© offers an optional Color Route module. Included are route manifests, a report writer, a graphical grid display depicting each stop in color, according to its route. When used with our MapTrak interface, you can display each stop on a colorful map.
