Wireless Dispatch and Two Way Communication: As soon as the order is received, it is displayed on the appropriate dispatch screen. When a driver is assigned to the order, it is then sent to his wireless phone. You can then have your driver update the order with timestamps, such as pickup time, drop off info, POD, etc. With today's wireless phone options, this technology will enhance your ability to provide better service.

Master-Dispatcher©: Automate your dispatching decisions and control larger fleets with a single dispatcher.

Master Auditor: The Auditor is continously monitoring each order and every driver, to alert of any conditions that meet your criteria for alarm, such as more than X minutes has passed without the driver acknowledging the order. It tracks each order and hundreds of factors, and how long it has been since....well, you get the idea.

Traditional Dispatch: If you want to dispatch manually, we can help you out there as well. Upon receiving the order, we can print a paper "ticket", and you can read the ticket to the drivers over the radio. We also keep track of commissions as well as special deductions such 2way communications, fuel, etc...

 With the mapping software on your monitor, icons are displayed to represent all the orders that need to be dispatched. In addition, more icons for all your available resources, (vehicles/drivers) will be shown at their actual location. You can then "click" on the order to be dispatched, and Geo-Dispatcher clearly displays the driving route between the pickup and delivery points of that order. With another click, it also spells out all detail about the order (who is the client, what type of service, when it was to be pick up, delivered, and special instructions - everything! Or "click" on a likely vehicle/driver nearby. The product then displays all the jobs this vehicle/driver holds, and a representation of the route between where it is, and all the locations that require visits. The operator can do this as many times as needed to find a good candidate for the new job. Once done, simply "click" on the job again, "drag" it to the icon of the vehicle/driver chosen, and "drop" it there. Geo-Dispatcher will send out written instructions to the driver, including driving instructions on how to best handle this new load. The software encrypts every icon with useful information. Different colors tell if an order is beginning to run late and if a "driver" is not meeting his time objectives. ASCAR also shows different icons to represent the type of vehicle the "driver" has, and how many packages on board. There is more. Because this is an adjunct to the already sophisticated ASCAR dispatching suite, it also reflects all the prescreening done by the individual dispatcher profile definition. This allows, for example, to have a dispatcher deal only with orders in one section of the country, while another may handle a different section. Of course, those ASCAR clients that use Master Dispatcher and Master Auditor, can continue to use those powerful tools. They can use Geo-Dispatcher as a visual confirmation of what Master Dispatcher is doing. This gives a complete view of the real status of the entire fleet, in a way that was never possible before. By itself or together with Master Dispatcher and Master Auditor, Geo-Dispatcher enables anyone to do an excellent dispatching job.

Many of the current PDA/cell phones have touch screen capability and can be used to capture proof-of-delivery signatures.
