 Order Entry: Improve your operator's efficiency and customer knowledge with the Order Entry module. With pop-up notes, point-and-click functionality, and automatic pricing, your customer service Rep will be able to send a complete quality controlled service order in just a few seconds direct to your dispatcher. Add our Web-Pak© service and your customers will quickly enter their own orders, track their packages, create reports and view/print invoices with a web connection.

 Pricing: We provide a wide variety of ways to rate and price each order. With user-defined service definitions, pricing zones, mileages, grids, or geo-database (such as MapPoint or PCMiler) along with unlimited accessorial charges (such as extra weight, waiting time, filing fees, COD charges, etc.) your orders can be automatically rated with consistency. Create standard price sheets, or customize the price for any customer.

 Dispatching: Each order is instantly sent to the appropriate Dispatcher's monitor, (the software can be set for multiple dispatchers). The orders are displayed in summary, as well as full detail, allowing the dispatcher to "point-and-click on the orders, receive color alerts for time-sensitivities, distances, job priorities, and much more. Your dispatcher will have more control and be able to track more jobs.

 Receivables and Billing: Bill your clients in multiple ways by defining "billing personalities". Each client can have different billing frequencies (daily, specific dates, weekly, etc.) as well as different billing styles (invoicing by date, by reference number, or individual job billing). Invoices can be emailed as PDF documents, html, or in spreadsheet format. The integrated Receivables module keeps track of each invoice, along with payments, credits, aging and customer history. We include a feature rich Receivables Collection module that prepares the collection list, and stores collection notations. As you call each customer, a window pops up with the notes of the last 66 calls.

 Driver Settlements: With detailed driver/contractor database, you can automatically calculate commissions and print Settlement Reports for subcontractors, drivers, as well as Sales Reps. Keep track of commission calculation method as well as special deductions such 2way communications, fuel, etc..

 Report Writer: Generate hundreds of reports with our flexible, user-defined report writer. Use any criteria to sort, sub-total, and qualify data to create reports. You can export the data to a spreadsheet or text file for downloading to another computer or software package.
