AUTOMATIC DISPATCHING.
The capabilities of
ASCAR order taking, paperless dispatching, paging and 2 way digital communication will greatly increase the efficiency of traditional dispatching methods.
Some companies need more. ASCAR'S MASTER DISPATCHER is the answer.
Each service order is analyzed by the system. It looks up the first resource, (driver), every job that
it is doing, its location, capabilities, direction of travel, and some 120 additional factors. It then analyzes the second and so on until it has taken into account every single vehicle, every single job on board
and every single pertinent other factor.
Our software then will either recommend the top four choices to a human dispatcher, or, if you choose, pick
the top choice automatically. In either case, it immediately sends the order via our digital interface directly to the driver.
In addition, each time that our system analyzed the fleet with the intent of assigning an order, it also
creates a color coded on screen alert, for every instance where there is a failure to deliver agreed service levels.
