Our Support strategy is focused on providing immediate support at the lowest
possible cost. The reliability of our software and file structure allow us to actually lower the cost of support while providing fast effective service.
We have expanded our service hours and improved our Support Packages to better serve our customers. In addition we have added a new "After Hours"
service. We are seriously committed to educating our clients on the use of their ASCAR system. We have scheduled monthly classes and workshops that are very informative. We
also offer optional testing and certification to ensure quality ASCAR operators.
