Truk-Pak© offers a wide variety of ways to rate LTL and TL orders. orders. Using Classification tables, Mileage tables, service types, zones, weight tables and unlimited accessorial charges  (such as lift gate, haz-mat, etc) your jobs can be automatically rated.
 

PC Miler and ZipFind
Truk-Pak offers a bridge to PCMiler for highway mileages, as well as ZipFind for zipcode pricing.
 

Bar Coding
Truk-Pak can product bar code lables for your packages. By scanning gth lable, the order will automatically display and allow for changes. This speeds up the Driver/Manifest check-in process.
 

Mapping for Dispatch and Routing
With our MapTrak interface and Microsoft’s MapPoint software, you can display your fleet and the map on your PC.  This helps you track the driver, along with GPS. It is also a very useful tool for creating and optimizing your Routes.
 

Driver Communication
Express-Pak© improves communication with the driver through several options, including simple one-way Paging and the more sophisticated two-way paging using Email, NexTel, AT&T, Cingular, Motient and more.
 

Demurrage
Truk-Pak© offers a demurrage module that keeps track  of each container serial number, the vendor and customer charges, dates and more.
 

EDI
Send your billing via EDI to your larger customers, using 210 or 214 protocols.

Freight Bills
Truk-Pak© can bill your clients in multiple ways, based on individual customer billing personalities. Each customer can be setup with a different billing frequency, such as daily, specific dates, weekly, etc., as well as different billing styles (by individual freight bill or a group of bills) depending on the customer.
 

Settlements
Truk-Pak© automatically calculates commissions and prints Settlement Reports for subcontactors, drivers, as well as Sales Reps. Each one has an individual record, containing pertinent data, as well as commission calculation method and special deductions such as charges for radio, pager, fuel, etc.  Also, our Load Settlement module keeps track of advances for each sub-contractor.
 

Receivables
The Receivables module keeps track of aging, payments, credits, and customer history. A special collection feature prepares the collection list, and stores collection notations. As you call each customer, a window pops up with the notes of the last 66 calls.
 

Report Writer
Truk-Pak© generates hundreds of reports with our flexible, user-defined report writer. Use any criteria to sort, sub-total, and qualify data to create reports. You can export the data to an ASCII file for downloading to another computer.
 

Integrated Accounting
Truk-Pak© is integrated to the optional ® accounting module, Level 2, which has the same look and feel as the rest of our products. Included are General Ledger, Human Resources, Accounts Payable, email features and more.
 

Color Manifests
With Truk-Pak, you can even print the Manifest in color. This helps the driver identify priorities and special instructions at a glance.
