4 different ways to take orders Simple Email version: This is the least expensive method - but does not offer any automation processes. The customer enters the data using an email form and then the order is emailed to you. Then, you may re-enter the information into your own software. We call this method E-Ticket. Web-Pak© 1: The customer enters the information on the web and the account is verified. The order is emailed to your dispatcher, who can then approve the order. Upon dispatcher acceptance of the order, the customer is then emailed a receipt for the order. This is our Web-Pak© 1.0 method. Net-Pak©: Enter the customer code and password, just like your in-house system. The web order recognizes the customer, pickup/delivery codes and the pricing scheme. Fully interactive - just like your in-house system, using one of ASCAR’s 7/24 servers. Web-Pak© 2: Same features as Net-Pak, but housed on your in house ASCAR server.
